Men and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field

GIVE TO CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK & FIELD

Team mission: Develop young men and women of excellence, integrity, character and boldness through the venue of cross country and track and field. Cross country and track and field provide unique opportunities for student athletes to compete as individuals yet work closely within the team context as they seek to push past barriers, they had thought were unsurmountable. Student-athletes who are able to exceed these barriers gain lifelong skills that enable them to find fulfillment and achieve excellence as parents, employees, business owners and community members.

Needs: $4,000 for team travel for track and field athletes to participate in indoor meets. These meets are further away, yet very important in the experience and development of track and field athletes. Indoor has different events, different strategies and a different track size and type.

$4000 Cross Country camp. This is important as an essential training tool as well as a team bonding experience, it is a hallmark of the cross country experience.
