Inspired by the spirit of the day and her wonderful memories of Whittier College, alumnae Margaret Read ’59 has generously made a $20,000 donation to support scholarships for students studying education and theatre arts! The scholarships are a nod to her and her late husband Marvin's '57 majors.
Scholarships play a significant role in managing the cost of tuition, allowing our students to make the most of their time at Whittier College. Along with Margaret's gift, we have raised over $24,000 today in support of our various student scholarships. Thank you, Poet community!
